The Cacao Experience in Alfonso, Cavite
This student is serving as a model for cacao. A vibrant cacao fruit hanging from the tree. Alfonso, Cavite produces some of the richest chocolate in the Philippines. It is made from locally grown cacao trees, with the seeds harvested and processed into tablea, which is widely used in various chocolate products.
